Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience from start to finish. the exquisite service provided by the staff made me feel special and pampered. I enjoyed the exclusive amenities, which included a sauna and a Jacuzzi, as well as a treatment room where I had a great facial. I was also impressed with the restaurant, which served delicious dinner, breakfast, and special diet menus. the in-room breakfast and the bar/lounge area were additional advantages. the location was great as it was in the center of the city.
Although the room had exclusive and luxurious features, such as body wraps and beauty treatments, the WIFI was extremely slow and intermittent.

The hotel is in a prime location right in the heart of the city, on a beautiful little square with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is friendly and accommodating with modern facilities and good Wi-Fi. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Guests enjoy free mineral water and a nice bar with tasty drinks.
The elevators can be slow and crowded at times.

The service at the hotel was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to assist. The room was spacious, great to comfortably unpack and settle in for our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to key attractions and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. the bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
There were a few minor issues that detracted from our overall experience. the hair dryer in our room was dirty, but the reception quickly replaced it upon request.

This hotel has an amazing location right in the center of the old town of this city. It is situated by a lovely small square with great restaurants and has easy access to transportation, with a short walk to the metro. The hotel facilities are great, the room is clean with plenty of hanging and drawer space, and the heavy drapes helped with sleeping. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing us with a map and information about various locations of interest.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel. Our room was spacious and stylish, with very comfortable beds. Although the shower was not great, the location and friendly staff made up for it. we recommend staying here.
